We've been a little sidetracked over here, Christmasing and all. But we wanted to let you know we're thinking of you and hope you are enjoying making your last preparations for Christmas in your homes.

Isn't this really and truly the most wonderful time of the year?

And how about that crisp white vintage piano from the folks at country living? I love the green accents with the stockings and greenery. Such a charming idea to hang stockings like that - especially for those of us without a mantle.

Hello. I am so in love with this photo from Country Living. Isn't it so charming?

My Dear Readers,

Has it been ice cold where you are? It certainly has here. Due to this fact, it has been difficult for me to work on much in terms of new furniture items since I do most of the work in my garage. And even with it being sheltered, it's dang cold. I've been doing a little work here and there. But, slower. You know how it goes. I hope that's understandable.

Are your homes glowing and warm with the upcoming holiday bustle? Our tree is up and we've hung the last sparkling snowflake. We've been so enjoying the charm and romance of the season and wish it could last the whole year through.
